My phone won't charge
Check that the charger is fully seated and plugged into a 20W or higher USB-C adapter. Remove any non-MagSafe case and try again.
The charger is hard to press in
That's normal. The recess is sized tight so the charger never wobbles. Press evenly with your thumbs until it sits flush.
Can I order a custom piece?
Often, yes. Send a message describing what you have in mind.
